Learn how to activate and cultivate your vital energy; use mental concentration, controlled breathing and sound to clear energy blockages; develop self awareness, and practice Spring forest Qigong’s powerful, healing active exercises and sitting meditations.
Please dress comfortably for movement; bring a pen and notebook. You may bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for use during meditation, but it’s not required.

Reflexology is a science and a healing art that involves manually stimulating areas or reflex points on the feet, hands or ears (that correspond to each organ, part and system of the body) to open energy channels, and help restore balance and vitality to the body.

Class will focus on gentle yoga movements, breathing and meditation creating balance between body and mind helping to create a healthier you.
Class will practice various relaxing techniques, postures, breathing and a gentle flow-workout.

Come practice your skills, talk about Reiki techniques or receive some work if you are in need. Reiki is based on the idea that there is a universal (or source) energy that supports the body's innate healing abilities. Practitioners access this energy, allowing it to flow to the body and facilitate healing.
It gently opens blocked areas and clears the energy bodies, leaving one feeling relaxed and at peace.

Exploring Spiritual Traditions

Embark on a journey with me to explore several different systems of spiritual practice. We will be using storytelling, mythology, poetry, songs/chants and discussion of principles as well as participating in ceremonies from each of these traditions. We will look carefully at the Native American way of being in the world, the Ancient Egyptian mysteries and a combination of Tibetan Dzochen Buddhism, Sufi and others that will potentially help us discover meaning in very chaotic times.

If you have a peaceful prayer or wish, this would be a good venue to make it in, either silently or out loud. It is a wonderful time to give thanks for all that we are given.

Over 6 weeks you and your partner will shasre and define your beliefs about birth. Hemp jewelry uses hemp twine material which is made from Common Hemp, which is cultivated to make goods such as food, fuel, clothing and textiles. Some types of hemp jewelry include bracelets, necklaces, anklets and rings. Hemp jewelry can also make use of other materials, such as glass, wood, bones, rocks, or gems. Although hemp now comes in many colors, the signature "natural tan" color is still the most popular. Most hemp jewelry is made from 1mm or "20 lb" twine.
