We are now in the midst of a spiritual renaissance; thousands are discovering the labyrinth as a means for introspection and prayer.  The labyrinth, an ancient meditation tool based on Sacred Geometry, is not only a pathway to inner peace but also to inner healing.

Come and embark on a pilgrimage, one where the path is ripe for learning and transformation -  and a perfect way to immerse yourself in a balanced inner journey of personal well-being  and renewed spirit.

Learn and experience the history, resources and benefits of the ancient practice. Process a personal issue through journaling, ritual, sharing and walking the labyrinth.  Bring a journal and pen, along with an open mind to enjoy this wonderful tool for spiritual growth.

About the Instructor:

Rebecca (Beckie) Ridgell R.N. C/MP

Rebecca Ridgell is a Certified Metaphysical/Crystal Therapist and Practitioner. Rebecca studied crystal healing in England and the USA and is certified with the Crystal Ventures in Europe and with Collins Institute of Natural Healing in England and the United States. She is also a Reiki Master, Healing Touch Practitioner, and Advanced Certified Labyrinth Facilitator. Rebecca studied labyrinths in USA and France with Rev. Dr. Lauren Artress, author of “Walking a Sacred Path” and instrumental in reintroducing the labyrinth to the United States. Rebecca is also a Registered Nurse, with a background in psychology and maternal-infant health and study of of bio-energetic healing techniques for over thirty years. She teaches classes throughout the United States and Europe and uses energy modalities in the hospital as well as her own private practice.
