Registration and Cancellation Policy


Registration


Registration is required for all programs. It is strongly encouraged to register in advance; most programs allow for registration on the start date. If registering on the day of a program, we recommend calling ahead (at least the Friday before for a weekend activity) to confirm all final logistics and please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to complete forms.


Minimum payment of $25 non-refundable deposit is due at time of registration and can be made with cash/check or credit (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). Personal checks/ money order and cash payments must be received prior to processing your registration. There is a $20 charge for checks returned for insufficient funds.


Payment of entire tuition costs, more than 4 weeks from the start date of the program, is likely to be eligible for an advance registration discount. Please check with the office as this is available in most workshops and a limited number of classes. We also offer student and volunteer trade discounts. These discounts are not stackable.


Cancellation


Cancellation may be done through mail, phone or email; we are not responsible for lost cancellations.


All monies will be refunded in full (less a $25 processing fee) if you cancel 7 or more days prior to your program’s start date. If you cancel between 6 days and 2 days in advance, a nonrefundable credit (less a $25 processing fee) will be held for one year from the date of issue. No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the day before the workshop, the workshop’s start day, if you do not show up, or if you leave an event early for any reason. Emergencies will be considered in a case-by-case basis.


Joy Lane Healing Center reserves the right to cancel any program at any time. In this event, you will be given a complete refund.
